 Transition Skills
LRC Transition Skills will focus on topics related to post-secondary life such as career and employability skills, daily living skills, personal finance and self-advocacy. Students will be given the opportunity to explore various career pathways or college programs through research or job shadowing opportunities. Students will be expected to develop a post-secondary action plan.

American History B
This course is designed to help students better understand the political, geographical, social and economic development of the United States from the Cold War to present. The chronological history course is organized around central topics to allow students to further develop their reading, writing, problem solving and social studies skills. This course along with American History & Geography I (1211A) is required for graduation under the Michigan Merit Curriculum.
